Shanghai Dayue Human Settlement Environment Science & Technology Limited Company is a company which is founded at 2012 as a strategy planning & consultants company.

The company's core idea is sustainability. All the research & development works are surrounding human settlements. The idea of sustainability is laid over three lays: city, community, architecture, and throughout in one concept: landscape.

The company's consultants services are throughout the whole progress of the development & construction of human settlements. The services includes location, merchants, financing, planning, designing, construction & peration.

The core competence of the company is project optimization which is including three direction : function optimization, scene optimization, technique optimization.

Mr. Xu Yipeng is the legal representative and current general manager of Shanghai Dayue Human Settlement Environment Science&Technology Development Co., Ltd.

Mr. Xu Yida is the founder of the company. He have been the Party Branch Secretary and general manager of the company.
Mr. Xu Yida is an out-of-school tutor of post-graduate thesis at Tongji University in Shanghai, an out-of-school tutor of post-graduate thesis at Nanjing University of Technology, an out-of-school tutor of post-graduate course at Shanghai Jiaotong University, a visiting professor at the School of Urban Science and Technology of Chongqing University, a respondent member of the design course at the School of Architecture of Southeast University. He have been post-doctor of Tongji University, urban planning doctor of South-east University. He is also fellowship of the Expert Library of "China Urban and Rural Planning Industry Network " (www.China-up.com), membership of China's "Urban Planning" special reviewers, executive director and director of the Center for Innovation and Research of the Shanghai Landscape Society and so on. He also was the membership of Association of American Landscape Architects.
Mr. Xu Yida focus on the business of urban planning and development & construction of human settlements for more than 20 years. He has completed more than 50 projects of urban planning, architecture designing, community construction, landscape planning, new city& town development organization and so on. In these 20 years, he has announced 2 monographs, more than 100 special articles & reports, more than 120 design creations.
Mr. Xu Yida was the Chief Planner of Qingpu New City and the Chief Architect of Jiading New City. He has dedicated his special knowledge and skills for Shanghai's new cities for all most 10 years. He is always realistic, pragmatic, modesty and rigorous for each projects. His work has built public praise in proprietors and the same industry.

Mr. Xu Cuandong is the investor of the company who was the teacher of Shaoxing Secondary Vocational School.

The investor, Mrs. Wangzu

Mrs. Wangzu is the investor of the company who was the advisor of the Shaoxing Zhouenlai Research Association, the Vice-chairman of the Zhejiang Qiujin Research Association. She was the officer of Shaoxing Administrative Bureau of museums and Archeological Materials and the member of the Shaoxing People Political Consultative Conference.
